Travel log: Bodensee, part I



Ich wusste nicht, dass man in Deutschland noch so viele Abenteuer erleben kann. Teil 1 waren die Pfahlbauten am Bodensee in Unteruhldingen, ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum. Wie gesagt, ich liebe Museen, auch wenn das in diesem Fall ab Bahnhof eine halbe Stunde Fussmarsch durch teilweise etwas wildes Gelände bedeutete. Ich kam aus München von einem Training und hatte Gepäck für 6 Tage dabei, aber was macht man nicht alles für einen Blick über den See ... Ich wollte nicht wieder den ganzen Weg zurück zum Bahnhof gehen, also dachte ich, ich gehe am See entlang und nehme irgendwo den Bus. Das war dann das wirkliche Abenteuer (das gibts nächste Woche ...).

I wasn't aware of the fact that Germany still offers so many adventures. Part 1 was the stilt house museum, an archaeological open-air museum on Lake Constance. As I said, I love museums even when this meant an 30 min walk from the train station all the through partially untamed terrain. With 6-days-luggage because I came from a training in Munic, but the view over the lake always is worth it. I didn't want to walk back the same uninviting way back to the station, so I thought I'd just walk along the lake to get a bus somewhere. And that's where the real adventure began (more next week ...).

wunderschöne und besonders interessante bilder hast du mitgebracht ! die häuser auf *pilotis* finde ist ganz toll !
