Colour week VII: Friday. DIY bracelet

Last day of the colour week! And I'll finish the week with a DIY. This bracelet is made from and old T-shirt. Just cut the fabric in a ca 1,5 - 2 cm broad stripe - you'll need around 2 meters. Nothing else, because you're going to knit it with your fingers.

Letzter Tag der Woche der Farben! Und ich werde diese Woche mit einer Anleitung für ein Armband beenden. Es ist aus einem alten T-Shirt gemacht - einfach den Stoff zu einem ca. 1,5 bis 2 cm breiten Streifen schneiden. Man braucht etwa 2 m. Mehr nicht, denn das Armband strickt man mit den Fingern.

And this is how it works/ Und so funktioniert es:

you begin from the right - leave some centimeters of your strip before you start at your ring finger/ man beginnt von rechts, einige Zentimeter Band stehen lassen, bevor Du am Ringfinger beginnst ...

drag the loop over the strip/ Ziehe die Schlinge nach oben über das Band ...

... and do the same with the loop of your index finger/ ... und mache dasselbe mit der Schlinge über Deinem Zeigefinger.

Drag the band from behind to the left/ ziehe das Band von hinten nach links ...

... and repeat. Always lay the band from right to the left over both fingers and then pull the loops over the band. And again. / Und wiederholen: Immer das Band von rechts nach links über beide Finger legen und dann die Schlingen über das Band ziehen.

As soon as that bracelet is long enough, carefully drag it from your fingers and hold it like this./ Sobald das Armband lang genug ist, vorsichtig vom Finger ziehen und so halten.

Drag the band through both of the loops and then fasten it like this. Pull until it's a firm knot - finished!/ Ziehe das Band durch beide Schlingen und befestige es dann wie abgebildet. Zu einem festen Knoten zusammenziehen - fertig!
