When Ellen Muck and I talked about her new website, I proposed to make a very small website and additionally lots of online magazines to show the many aspects of her work on a sensual level and in detail. After her first magazine (a studio tour), we're now working on the second magazine. I showed a bit of her ceramics here. Today we went to the workshop where she created them to shoot pictures of the 'making of'.

Als Ellen Muck und ich über ihre neue Webseite gesprochen habe, hatte ich vorgeschlagen, nur eine kleine Webseite zu machen und zusätzlich viele Online-Magazine, um ihre Arbeiten detailliert und auf einer sinnlichen Ebene zeigen zu können. Nach ihrem ersten Magazin, das ein Atelierrundgang ist, habe ich hier schon ein paar ihrer Keramiken gezeigt. Heute sind wir in die Werkstatt gegangen, wo sie sie herstellt, um Fotos von der Entstehungsgeschichte zu machen.

Es ist die Werkstatt der Keramikerin Judith Klein, und heißt Uhltopf. Ich habe mich sofort in ihre Werkstatt verliebt. Judith bietet eine Menge offener Keramikkurse an, und auch Übernachtungen für alle, die nicht aus der Nähe von Köln kommen. Ratet mal, was ich heute Abend machen werde? Ich kann es kaum abwarten ...
