52 photos project: Crimson

Still, Bella's 52 photos project is one of my favourite things. This week, her topic is 'crimson', and this is my picture. I fell immediately for the contrast between the natural colors and the dark crimson - and the whole ambience. And for 'Havana'. I have to admit that despite the US embargo, Cuba would be one of my favourite travel destinations. And this room - the back room of a restaurant I visited last Saturday - which was flooded with soft light felt like a short trip to Cuba.

Bellas 52 photos project ist immer noch eins meiner Lieblingsdinge. Diese Woche ist ihr Thema 'karmesinrot' (oder purpur), und das ist mein Bild dazu. Ich habe mich sofort in den Kontrast zwischen den Naturtönen und dem Dunkelrot verliebt - und die gesamte Atmosphäre. Und in das 'Havana'. Ich muss zugeben, dass Kuba trotz des US-Embargos eines meiner Lieblingsreiseziele wäre. Und dieser Raum (das Nebenzimmer eines Restaurants, das ich am Samstag besucht habe), durchflutet von sanftem Licht, fühlte sich wie ein Kurztrip nach Kuba an.
