Liquid

I just came back from two days in the south of Germany, you'll hear more about my new amazing project during the next days. It was also a culinary trip, because I had the best dinner ever and was introduced into the art of cheese, too. For today, I just wanted to show you a very nice bar in Tübingen: Liquid. It's located in the beautiful old building that used to be the wine press. The owner, Manoli, designed the illuminated back with acrylic glass and bottles, the Campari bottle lamps are a design of the famous German light designer Ingo Maurer. And we drank Manoli's absolutely delicious homemade blueberry/ lemon lemonade - but around midnight, outside in the dark, so there's no picture (those picture here I took the next afternoon).

Ich komme gerade von zwei Tagen in Süddeutschland zurück, Ihr werdet in den nächsten Tagen mehr über mein wunderbares neues Projekt hören. Es war auch eine kulinarische Reise, weil ich mein bestes Abendessen überhaupt jemals hatte und auch in die Kunst des Käses eingeführt wurde. Heute wollte ich Euch einfach nur schnell das Liquid zeigen, eine tolle Bar in Tübingen. Sie ist in der Kelter, einem wunderschönen alten Gebäude. Manoli, der Eigentümer, hat selbst die Rückwand aus beleuchtetem Acrylglas mit den Flaschen entworfen, die Campari-Lampen stammen vom Lichtguru Ingo Maurer. Wir haben Manolis absolut köstliche selbstgemachte Limonade aus Heidelbeeren und Limone getrunken - aber gegen Mitternacht, außen im Dunkeln, deshalb gibt es kein Foto davon (diese Bilder hier habe ich am nächsten Nachmittag gemacht).
