Friday food photo: Scones

Fresh, warm Scones is one of the best things I can think of. Good days start with scones for breakfast ... and it's so easy.
Mix 100 g flour, 100 g oat flakes, 60 g brown sugar, 1 Tsp baking powder. Mash a ripe banana and 50 g margarine or butter and add to the rest. Add as much (soy) milk until you can form a long roll. Cut into pieces, place them on a baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes. Serve warm with margarine/ butter and jam.
