Friday food photo: 5 min Naan

Another Friday that demanded for sould food and the smell of fresh baked bread. I'm especially a fan of Naan, the Asian flatbread you'll eat with curry dishes. Usually, you'll use yeast and an oven, so it takes a lit of time - which I didn't have today. So I came up with a 5 min pan version:
Mix 2 cups of flour, 3 tbs of yoghurt, about 3/4 cup of water, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder.
Form 3 or 4 dough balls, roll them flat. Heat a pan and grease it with a little bit of oil; bake the flat dough for a few minutes from both sides. Serve warm and enjoy.

2 Tassen Mehl, 3 EL Joghurt, ca. 3/4 Tassen Mehl, 1 TL Salz, 1 TL Backpulver.

Hatte mich schon gefragt, wann Dein Freitagspost kommt.

Oh my goodness, I love Naan! and your post and photos make it look so deliciously easy to make. Do the measurements need to be exact? I have to convert everything to European measurements now... grams and liters, etc.

Dear Catherine, no, the measurements don't need to be exact. Start wirth the yoghurt, add the flour and baking poweder -and the as much water as you need to form balls. Supereasy!
