Travel log: along the Danube River
Ulm is a beautiful city in the south of Germany. Usually, the tourists visit the dome and the Richard Meier building. But you can easily go down to the Danube River and then just have a walk along the riverside, edged with coltsfoot, sorrel and red poppies.

Ulm ist wirklich wunderschön. Die meisten Touristen schauen sich nur das Münster an und das Richard-Meier-Stadthaus. Aber man kann auch einfach die Donau entlanglaufen, eingerahmt von Huflattich, Sauerampfer und rotem Mohn.

What beautiful scenery.
A wonderful walk along the Danube amid coltsfoot sorrel and delightful red poppies ... and it really does look Blue. Lovely photography Katrin - you have captured the essence of this beautiful corner of the world.

I totally agree with Dianne...you absolutely have captured the essence...just makes you want to linger and soak it all in...one day I'll visit the Danube!
