Color week: day 5
Today we had the first warm and sunny spring day here! Spring, that's for me: snowdrops and turquoise, combined with white. So I planted some snowdrops in a vintage coffee filter and used a large photo print of one of my favourite bowls as background. Accidentaly we found that you can create warercolor-like effects with nail polish remover on the fotos. I'll have to play with this a bit more ...

Heute hatten wir hier den ersten warmen und sonnigen Frühlingstag! Frühling, das bedeutet für mich: Schneeglöckchen und Türkis in Kombination mit Weiß. Deshalb habe ich ein paar Schneeglöckchen in einen Vintage-Kaffeefilter gepflanzt und einen großen Fotoabzug von einer meiner Lieblingsschalen als Hintergrund verwendet. Zufällig haben wir herausgefunden, dass man mit Nagellackentferner aquarellähnliche Effekte auf Fotos hinkriegen kann. Ich muss damit noch ein bißchen mehr herumprobieren ...

@ Robin: I went to a photo shop and asked for a print, there's nothing special with it. I suppose that most of the photo prints are the same, at least here in Germany ...
@ Karen: Einfacher Fotoabzug aus dem Sofort-und-Selberdruck im dm-Markt. Ich schätze, dass es mit den meisten Fotoabzügen funktioniert ...
