inspiration week, day 2: My styling

And this was the challenge: There was a topic: 'easy winter'. We had the item one of the other participants had chosen for us. Mine was a marble cutting board. Additionally we had to include a woolen cap from YAYA, and a personal item. I learned about bringing something personal in my hotel room the evening before, so all I had was my silver bangle. As you can see, all items were rather small. And didn't want to create a small arrangement.
_____

I found a beautiful place and started arranging the items I picked for my styling. I wanted all winter colors and soft, woolen textures as a contrast to my unruffled items, and a pear as the only splash of color. I wanted more focus on the board, the bangle and the cap. So I decided to think 3D, tilt the table and to create kind of a net with the woolen strand.
_____

I choose this corner because there was actually remnants of a text on the wall; you know that I love typography of all kinds. There were two small and rusty nails where I could attach the strand.

I have to send my favourite picture to 'Meet the Blogger'. So, please help me, which of the following ones do you like most?
Ich muss mein Lieblingsbild an 'Meet the Blogger' schicken.

Oh my...so good to see your styling piece closer up in this posting. That wall and the text...love, love, love! I like the second one the best. Like that we have a fuller view of what you've composed, because the wall makes such a statement with your pieces. Fabulous. More please!!
