Travel log: Pellestrina

When I think of Venice, I think canals, and beautiful palaces, and doves, and Italian lifestyle - and millions of people. Well, it's 100 000 tourists per day, but that's enough, don't you think? That's why I was looking for a place outside of Venice to stay over night. And we were lucky enough to find the most beautiful place: Pellestrine, about two islands away from Venice (which in fact is a group of more than 100 islands).
Pellestrina is a fishing village, and if I'd have the money, I'd buy a house here immediately. Wait for more photos to come, but this is Italy how I remind it from my childhood.

Cordiali saluti, Uwe.
