Monday macro/ artist's studio

I brought you some flowers - from Ellen's studio/ material fundus. Her studio is a great training in looking closer, not everything is what it appears to be on first glance ...

____

And that's a part of her workshop without close-up ... und so sieht ihre Werkstatt ohne Closeup aus ...

I made those nice portraits in a pretty unlikely place: in Camden Town in the middle of London.

____

Last week, Uwe was waiting for lawn mower to appear in my supershortfilm. Well, this here might be the maximum in terms of action I'm planning to do in those videos - I think of them as animated photography, not as video.

_____

I had a great exhibition weekend in Ines Braun's wonderful studio and found a motif for today's macro in one of her collection. Ines is going to have an exhibition in Shanghai, how cool is that?

_____
Sehr cool.

Monday morning macro: Doves

Monday morning macro: Doves

This was pretty close, since I had doves on my hand for the first shot. Usually, I'm not a fan of them, but Venice seemed to be their town, so I decided to like them (especially since they are pretty good photo objects).

_____

I have a new housemate. I couldn't (yet) bear to destroy it's web, which means that so far, this guy owns half of my terrace.

_____
